3 ปล่อยทั้งหมด แล้วจะได้ยินเสียงกลไกทํ างาน

วิธีเคลียร์ซับหมึก S400sp

1. ปิดเครื่อง

2. กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset ค้างไว้ และตามด้วยปุ่ม ON/OFF ค้างตาม

3. ในขณะที่ยังกดปุ่ม ON/OFF ค้างอยู่ ให้ปล่อยมือจากปุ่ม Stop/Reset

4. ยังกดปุ่ม ON/OFF ค้างอยู่ ให้กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset อีก 2 ครั้ง เสร็จแล้วปล่อยมือจากปุ่มทั้ง 2 ปุ่ม

5. ไฟสีเขียวจะกระพริบสักพักแล้วจะหยุด

6. เมื่อไฟกลายเป็นสีเขียวค้าง กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset 4 ครั้ง

7. กดปุ่ม ON/OFF เพื่อปิดปริ๊นท์เตอร์ (บางทีอาจต้องกด 2 ครั้ง เพื่อปิด)

8. เปิดปริ๊นท์เตอร์ ก็จะใช้งานได้ตามปกติ

อย่าลืมเอาเปลี่ยนที่ซับหมึกด้วยนะครับ เด๋วหมึกจะท่วมเครื่องซะก่อน

1. Turn the printer off
2. Hold down the left side of the ITEM and VALUE +/- keys, turn the printer on and wait

1. Turn the printer off
2. Hold down the CANCEL JOB and SELECT keys and turn the printer on, then wait until the display goes blank and the three LED''s come on
3. Press the right side of the MENU key, then press the SELECT key
4. You will enter SERVICE MODE after the normal test completes
5. Press the ITEM key until the FUSER MAINTENANCE COUNT appears
6. Press VALUE +/- to change to zero
7. Press SELECT to save
8. Press GO; the printer should return to READY

1. Press the MENU button until the display reads CONFIGURATION MENU

วิธีรื้อปริ้นเตอร์ EPSON R210

การรื้อ R210 จะยากกว่า ต้องถอดชิ้นส่วนถึง 4 ชิ้น รุ่น C63 C65 C83 น่าจะรื้อแบบเดียวกัน เนื่องจากปริ้นเตอร์ ราคามันค่อนข้างแพง R210 ราคาประมาณ 6000.- ไม่มีไหวพริบสัมพัสในการรื้อของมาก่อนอย่าเสี่ยง ตอนขยับไปขยับมาอาจจะพลาดไปโดนส่วนอื่นเสียได้นะครับ ผมเนี่ยเคยประสบมาบ่อย รู้วิธีถอดดี แต่มันพลาดจริงๆ เสียของเลย แก้คืนไม่ได้

เริ่มต้น เตรียมถอดฝาข้างๆ 2 อันก่อนเลย มาถอดน็อตหลังเครื่อง 2 ตัว

จากนั้น ก็มาถอดเขี้ยวล็อก

ไขควง กด งัด ออกมาเลย

ที่นี่มาดูข้างใต้ เตรียมไขควงงัด เช่นกันครับ

งัดให้หลุดออกมา

แล้วเลื่อนฝามันออกมาเล็กน้อยครับ

รูปนี้ผมถอดฝาข้างออกมาแล้ว (ตอนถอดต้องลวงไปดันพลาสติกน่ะถ่ายรูปมาไม่ได้) ให้ดูลักษณะไว้ก่อน...ข้างในมันจะมีพลาสติกอยู่ 2 ที่ไว้เกี่ยวเขี้ยวที่เครื่องครับ

ให้ดันลงตามรูปข้างบน น่ะครับ เป็นการปลดล็อกให้ฝาหลุดจากเครื่อง ดูรูป close ใกล้ๆ

มาดูตอนถอด... ลวงไปดันพลาสติกลง พร้อมดันฝาออกด้วยครับ เขี้ยวอยู่แถวๆ จุดแดง

อีกอัน

ฝาข้างหลุดแล้ว

ฝาข้างอีกด้าน ...ลัดวิธีไปเลยนะครับ ดูด้านล่าง งัดต่างที่กันนิดหน่อ

ผมมีอิงค์แท้งค์ติดอยู่เลย ถอดลำบากหน่อยน่ะ ติดสายยางจากนั้นเราจะมาถอด ...ฝากลางกัน

เริ่มแรก ก็ไปด้านหลัง ขันน็อต เอาฝาช่องสี่เหลี่ยมออก..ตามรูป

จากนั้น เห็นเขี้ยวล็อก 3 อันมั้ยครับ พี่น้อง.... มุขเดิม

ดันเข้าเบาๆ พร้อมออกแรงยกฝาค้างเอาไว้ แล้วไปดันอันถัดๆไป เรื่อยๆ จนหลุดหมด

หมุนตัวมาดูข้างหน้ากันต่อ ... เห็นเขี้ยว 2 อันมั้ยครับ

ดันหลุดง่ายๆ

ตัวล็อกมันหลุดหมดแล้ว แต่.. อย่าเพิ่งยกฝาออกทันทีครับ ต้องถอดแป้นสวิตช์ก่อน ดูลักษณะ...เขี้ยวล็อก

ลวงไปคล้ำหาข้างเดียวพอครับ ดันออกข้างเดียว

อีกข้างเดี๋ยวมันขยับออกมาได

มาถอด สายแพรเล็กๆ ตรงแผงวงจรออก (เบาๆมือหน่อย ระวังมือสะดุดสายช้ำ)

ดึงออกได้เลย ตอนประกอบกลับก็ทำย้อนหลัง วางฝาลงไปก่อนแล้วจับสายร้อยกลับ จับเสียบที่เดิม

ปริมาณที่ใช้ 15-20 ml.

1. ใช้ไขควงกดลูกเหล็กให้จมลงไป

2. ใช้เข็มสั้นแทงทะแยงเติมหมึกลงไป

3. สวมท่อยางที่กระบอกฉีดอัดอากาศลงไป

4. นำกระดาษทิชชู ซับหัวพ่นดู หากยังไม่ออกทำขั้นตอนที่ 3 จนกว่าหมึกจะออกดี

5. ใส่ลูกเหล็ก (ที่ให้มา)

Reset Canon Mp 145

1. ถอดปลั๊กไฟออก

2. กดปุ่ม on/off ค้างไว้ แล้วเสียบไฟ

3. ในขณะที่กด on/off ให้กดปุ่ม stop/reset 2 ครั้ง (ให้สังเกตที่ไฟ Alarm ครั้งแรกจะติด ครั้งที่ 2 ไม่ติด) แล้วปล่อยปุ่ม on/off

4. คอยจนไฟสีเขียวนิ่ง ที่หน้าจอจะขึ้นเลข 0 กดเครื่องหมาย +ให้ตัวเลขเป็น 1

5. กด color 1 ครั้ง ไฟสีเขียวกับไฟ color จะติดพร้อมกัน

6. กดปุ่ม on/off 1 ครั้ง เครื่องจะพิมพ์ออกมา 2 แผ่น ไฟที่หน้าจะขึ้นเลข 0

7. เปิดฝาเครื่องขึ้น

8. ถอดปลั๊กไฟออก แล้วปลดตลับหมึกออกมาทั้ง 2 อัน

9. เสียบปลั๊กไฟพร้อมกับเครื่องโดยที่ยังไม่ปิดฝา เครื่องจะถามหาตลับหมึก

10. ใส่ตลับหมึก ปิดฝาเครื่อง ที่หน้าจอไฟจะขึ้น 1

วิธีรีเซ็ตตลับสำหรับ MP145/MP150/MP160

1.กอดปลั๊ก เครื่องพิมพ์ออก
2.กดปุ่ม Power ค้างไว้
3.เสียบปลั๊กเครื่องพิมพ์
4.กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset 2 ครั้ง ปล่อยปุ่ม Power
5.หน้าจอจะขึ้นเลข “ 0 ” กดปุ่ม “ + ” 1 ครั้ง หน้าจอจะขึ้นเลข “ 1 ”
6.กดปุ่ม Star Color 2 ครั้ง และกดปุ่ม Power 1 ครั้ง รอกระดาษ Test ออกมา 2 แผ่น
7.เปิดฝาเครื่องพิมพ์ รอหัวพิมพ์เลื่อนมาทางซ้าย กอดปลั๊กออก และถอดตลับหมึกออกทั้งดำและสี
8.ปิดฝาเครื่องพิมพ์ เสียบปลั๊ก แล้วเปิดเครื่อง (กดปุ่ม Power)
9.เครื่องจะเรียกหาตลับหมึก ให้เปิดฝาเครื่องแล้วใส่ตลับหมึกทั้งสอง ปิดฝาหน้าจอขึ้นเลข 1 OK. พร้อมใช้งาน

หรือ ใช้อีกวิธีคือยกเลิกการตรวจระดับหมึก ผมชอบวิธีนี้มากกว่า ทำครั้งเดียวไม่ต้องทำอีก รีเซ็ตระดับหมึกใช้ไปมันก็ลดต้องรีเซ็ตอีก วิธีคือก็ใช้งานไปเรื่อย ๆ จนเครื่องมันขึ้นป๊อปอัพมาเตือนว่าหมึกหมด พอมันแจ้งก็กดปุ่ม Stop/Reset ค้างไว้ 5 วิ มันก็จะไม่แสดงระดับหมึกอีกต่อไปสำหรับตลับชุดนึ้

วิธี แรก
เป็นวิธีที่ง่ายที่สุด คือหยด น้ำหมึกทางช่องที่มีฟองน้ำปรากฏ อย่างช้าๆ ประมาณ 5-7 cc. เมื่อเติมเสร็จแล้วควรตั้งคว่าไว้ สักครู่เพื่อสังเกตว่ามีหมึกเยิ้มหรือไม่ ถ้ามีควรใช้ทิชชูซับจนกว่าจะไม่มีหมึกเยิ้มอีกต่อไป

วิธี ที่สอง คือ งัดฝาด้านบนของตลับออก แล้วใช้วัสดุแหลม แข็ง ทำให้รูหมึกขยายขึ้น แล้วเติมหมึกลงไปตามรูป สังเกตจนกว่าจะมีหมึก เย้มออกทางฟองน้ำด้านล่าง แล้วดูดน้ำหมึกกลับนิดหน่อยเพื่อป้องกัน การเยิ้มของน้ำหมึก เสร็จเสร้จปิดฝากลับ ผนึกโดยสก้อตเทปให้เรียบร้อย

วิธีนี้ ข้อดีคือ เราสามารถตรวจสอบได้ว่ามีน้ำหมึกเยิ้มหรือไม่

ข้อเสีย คือ การเปิดฝาตลับ เป็นการทำให้ฟองน้ำในตลับหมึกมีโอกาสสำผัสกับอากาศได้ง่าย ทำให้เสื่อมสภาพเร็ว
